Do I have to take both?
They're built as a pair — orange gummies for the morning, blueberry for the night — and every plan ships both. One sachet, chewed, at each end of the day. You can take one without the other, but the routine is the point.
Can I still drink coffee?
That's entirely up to you. We're not a coffee substitute and we don't make any claim about what this does or doesn't do to your caffeine habit. AM Rise goes with breakfast, coffee or no coffee.
How fast does it work?
We don't make speed claims, and you should be suspicious of supplements that do. Tearing open a sachet and chewing it takes seconds, but it's a daily routine rather than a switch — you have 90 days to decide whether it earns its place.
What do they taste like?
Chewable gummies — AM Rise is orange, PM Hush is blueberry.
Is it safe with my medication?

There's no caffeine and nothing stimulant-like in it. AM Rise is taken with breakfast.
Bloated by 4PM — Will this get rid of my bloating?
We don't make digestive claims — nothing in these gummies targets your gut directly. What the ingredients are studied for is stress and sleep. If your bloat travels with your stress, that's the lever we built for. If it doesn't, this probably isn't your product — and the 90-day guarantee exists for exactly that.
Still Awake at Midnight — Will this knock me out?
No — and it isn't meant to. Melatonin works as a timing signal rather than a sedative, and 1 mg is there to support your own evening rhythm, not to override it. Higher-dose gummies, the 3–10 mg kind, are where next-morning grogginess tends to get reported. If what you want is to be knocked out, this isn't your product.
