Email your order number to support@heartsandbeats.shop and we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. You don't need to send anything back — keep the product, even if the pouches are empty. One claim per customer or household.

Damaged or wrong items: contact us on arrival, we'll make it right regardless of the 90 days.
Refunds: processed within 10 business days of approval; your bank may take longer to post it.
EU orders: the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies in addition to the above.
