Where's my order?
You get a shipping confirmation with tracking once the pouches are on their way. If the tracking hasn't moved in a few days, send the order number and we'll chase it.
Am I signed up for anything?
No. There's no subscription and nothing renews. You buy a 1, 3 or 6 month supply once, and that's the end of it until you decide otherwise.
How do I use the 90 day guarantee?
Email us within 90 days with your order number and we refund you in full. There's nothing to send back, so the pouches stay with you. refund terms for shipping and repeat claims to confirm
Can I take AM and PM on the same day?
That's how the pair is meant to be used. AM with breakfast, PM about an hour before bed. If you take prescription medication or you're pregnant or nursing, ask your doctor before starting.
